5 Reasons That Kids Need Art

Most kids love to create art, but did you know there are very real benefits for kids who participate in a quality art program? Here are my top 5 reasons that children need art!

3. Regulate Emotions - The act of creating art lowers stress and helps children learn to regulate their emotions. Children often lack the verbal skills to express their feelings, so art can give them a way to communicate their emotions.
